Today marks Conal Tuohy’s last day as Technical Coordinator on the project. Conal brought a vital skill set to the team, and through his contributions in developing the RDF Triple Store and SPARQL-based search, has made significant progress towards realising the potential benefits that the Semantic Web and Linked Data technologies can bring to the Australian digital humanities and creative arts research community. Richard Rothwell has taken over the position of Technical Coordinator, and is responsible for delivering the HuNI infrastructure and information services for the remainder of the project. I would like to thank Conal for all his contributions over the past year, and wish him every success and happiness in his next adventure.
